Can I purchase tickets on the day?

No, tickets cannot be purchased on the day. All tickets must be purchased no later than 5pm, October 7th.

I am a member of the Analytics Institute. How do I get my ticket?

All members of the Analytics Institute are allocated a complimentary member ticket to the Analytics Summit via email. Please redeem your ticket by the 3rd of October.

Do I need to bring my ticket on the day?

Your Eventbrite ticket contains a QR code. For a quicker check-in process, please have the QR code available to scan (on your phone or hard copy).

I have a ticket but am unable to attend, are tickets transferable?

Yes, tickets are transferable - please contact us and we can change the details on the ticket. This must be done by Friday 3rd of October.

I’ve lost/can’t find my ticket.

Please go to the Queries desk on arrival with the name and email used to book your ticket.

What time does the event start and finish?

Doors open at 8 am. Sessions on Level 3 Main Stage start at 9.30 am and Level 2 stages start at 10 am. The event finishes at 4.30 pm.

Is lunch included?

Yes, there are tea/coffee breaks throughout the day, and a hot lunch is served at the main lunch break.

How many stages are there?

We have 4 stages based on 3 floors. Level 2 has access to three stages - AI UseCase stage, AI Labs and the Start-Up Session. Levels 3 & 4 have access to the Main Stage,

Does my ticket allow entry to all sessions on all stages?

Yes, your ticket allows entry to all events on levels 2, 3, and 4

Do I need to prebook any sessions?

No, you do not need to pre-book. All sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis

Is there an exhibition area?

Yes, there are exhibition areas on levels 2, 3 and 4. Please visit the Venue Map to see the names and locations of exhibitors

Will the event be live-streamed?

No, the event will not be live-streamed. All sessions on the Mian Stage are recorded and added to our member portal for members to access afterwards (members' access only)
